 The SuperMomma journey began in 2006 as an outlet to share my love of one of the most beautiful and fulfilling moments in any person's life. It is my mission to ensure my clients are informed, empowered, and confident their birth can be all that they wish it to be. You never have to journey alone.

​Prenatal Education

Childbirth education can help you make informed decisions regarding your birth. We will focus on comfort techniques, as well as what to expect during labour.  I offer up to date, evidenced based material to help you navigate through the end of pregnancy through postpartum.

Doula Services 

Research has shown having a trained doula on your birth team can:
  • Decrease use in Pitocin
  • Decrease need for cesarean
  • Decrease length of labour
  • Increase overall satisfaction with birth outcome

Placenta Services

The placenta has been used for thousands of years by many different cultures for its believed spiritual and healing powers.
Service is done in my placenta specific kitchen.

The founding principle on which SuperMomma was built, is the understanding that birth is powerful, and that women are strong.
​After experiencing my own birth journey's, I became strongly aware that many birthing people are not given adequate information to make educated decisions. With information comes power and confidence. My goal is to help you navigate the many questions you may have, helping you to realize the strength within you.
